This time I made something for myself! A runner for under the pictures in my room. 

I used this free pattern from the Coats & Clark website. 

Thread Crochet Tablecloth

My latest project, a tablecloth for my daughter Anna.  I used a pattern from this book: Grandmother's Favorite Crochet

I used Aunt Lydia's cotton thread #10. 

Earrings

I made these two pairs of earrings this weekend. I made up the blue pattern myself. The pink one I found here.

Made a bunch more bookmarks while I was in Ohio recently. I used my favorite, 3 Dozen and One Bookmarks.

Birthday Bookmark

Here's another one that I will use for a birthday card. Once again I used the scanner to take the picture. I like the black background, but the picture came out a little fuzzy. I'll try upping the resolution next time.

Pink Cross

I made this for a thank you present for my hair stylist Nancy. I also was experimenting with the picture. I actually took this on the scanner with the lid up. I was pretty happy with the way it came out - the pink stands out well with the black back ground.

Bryce's Cross

This was for my nephew Bryce's birthday. I got the pattern from a book called 3 Dozen and One Bookmarks. I'm planning on making them ALL!

WIP Doily

Current Work In Progress. I was inspired by a beautiful huge green doily on a dresser in my sister-in-law's guest bedroom. I didn't ask her about it, but I assume she made it, as she is a non-stop crafter and has made many beautiful things (such as the framed embroidered picture which I highlighted in an earlier blog post.)

This has gone a lot faster than I thought it would and is a lot of fun. I did run out of the peach color that I started with. It was a skein mom had given me. So I am finishing it up with the verigated pastel thread, which I think matches pretty well with the peach.
